Before and Aftercare 2026-2027
At Tamim Academy, we believe that quality care beyond the school day provides
children with additional opportunities to learn, grow, build friendships, and have
fun in a safe, nurturing environment.
Before Care is operated by Tamim Academy and offers a welcoming start to the day with supervised activities in a caring setting, helping students transition smoothly into the school day.
The program is available from 7:30–8:30 a.m. ($1,000/year) or 8:00–8:30 a.m. ($500/year).

After Care is independently operated by Kol Hakavod, led by Danielle Halawani, a
valued member of the Tamim community and an experienced Early Childhood
Educator. The program takes place in the Tamim classrooms at the JCC and
provides a safe, engaging environment where children enjoy homework support,
outdoor play, creative activities, games, and enrichment opportunities while
continuing to build confidence, curiosity, independence, and meaningful social
connections. The annual fee for Tamim families is $1,750.
