New Student Enrollment Steps

Beginning your child’s enrollment at Tamim Academy is designed to be clear, supportive, and personalized. We want every family to feel guided from the moment they express interest to the final stages of acceptance. The steps below outline exactly what to expect, who you will hear from, and what is required at each stage. Our admissions team is here to assist you throughout the entire process.

1. Initial Inquiry & Tour

2. Submit Application & Registration Fee
Complete the online application and pay the registration fee to move forward.

3. Student Intake Assessment
Once the application is reviewed, families will be contacted to schedule an intake meeting with our principal or vice principal.

4. Financial Aid (If Needed)
Families seeking financial assistance may apply for scholarships.

Accepted students will receive a tuition contract to finalize enrollment.

Tuition & Fees (New Students)

  • JK/SK: $8,000 per year, per child
  • Grade 1–6: $18,000 per year, per child

  • $475 due upon application
  • Early bird fee: $360 if submitted before January 1, 2026
  • Refunded only if the child is not accepted
  • Not refunded if the family withdraws

  • Before August 15, 2026: Full tuition refund minus registration fee
  • After August 15, 2026: One month’s tuition is non-refundable

Frequently Asked Questions

What classes will you open for the 2026/2027 school year?

Tamim Academy will open JK, SK, and Grades 1–6.
JK/SK will include children born in 2020 and 2021.

Tamim will not receive CWELCC funding. Families requiring CWELCC support may consider:

  • Gan Shalom (JK Program)
